Returns/Exchanges Policy

 

Return Policy:

 

Due to the nature of products being sold, all orders placed are final sales. We do not process  and or accept any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

Please allow 48-72  business hours from the date your email is sent to receive a response.

Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Rates: All shipping rates may vary depending on various factors which include: package weight, location domestic vs international shipments 

 

Products can take 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.

Meaning the time it takes to create, make, label, package. This DOES NOT include WEEKENDS. Please note that WEEKENDS ARE NOT considered BUSINESS DAYS. 

 

Please keep in mind products are made fresh to order to ensure potency.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However additional time may be required due to COVID-19.

 

Shipping is 7-10 Business Days. We will ship your items FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY with USPS 

 

*Esthers ReflectionLLC is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages.

 

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive please contact us via email: Info.EsthersReflection.@gmail.com and file a claim with USPS

 

Customers are responsible for contacting USPS to file a claim.  They will walk you through the necessary steps to put in your claim.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Esthers Reflection  is not responsible for products that were not delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided when ordered.

If this occurs please contact us via email @  Info.EsthersReflection.@gmail.com and provide your full name and order number in the subject line.

 

**If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend your products.***

 

If there is an issue with your order please send us an  Info.EsthersReflection.@gmail.com and we will contact you within 48-72 business hours for a desired resolution.

 

Tracking Information: Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number via email.
